About the registration forms and payments:
Please note that the registration form you select will determine your total registration fee.
You will receive a confirmation email that your online registration has been successfully processed and accepted. If you opted to pay online you will also receive a payment confirmation by email. Please keep a copy of the payment confirmation email as your receipt.
Once your registration information is submitted it cannot be changed online. If you need to make changes after your registration is submitted, please email the information to abrownhailey@eufmc.com.
Spouses are encouraged to participate at the EUFMC but they must be registered in order to attend the evening meals and spouse programming. Conference registrations may not be purchased for children. Children are welcome to accompany their family on the walking tour and evening activity over the arrival weekend as well as the Monday Equipment Show. Children do not attend meals or hospitality functions.

Evening Ghost Tour for EUFMC Attendees and Families
On Saturday night join John Sutton of Williamsburg Private Tours, EUFMC's most requested tour guide, for a walk down the eerie streets of Williamsburg illuminated by the lantern's glow. Tour departs from the Williamsburg Lodge Conference Center Arrival Hall at 8:30 PM.
Sunday, June 4
Walking Tour for EUFMC Attendees and Families
John Sutton will lead a walking tour specifically for EUFMC registrants and their families. Participants will depart from the Williamsburg Lodge Conference Center Arrival Hall at 1:00 pm; the tour will last approximately 90 minutes. The tour will provide an overview of the restored and reconstructed sites in Colonial Williamsburg and the important history of Virginia's Colonial Capital. EUFMC registrants may pick up a complimentary Colonial Williamsburg admission ticket at the EUFMC registration desk.

Afternoon Tea for EUFMC Spouses
Registered spouses, both men and women, are invited to the "Sparkle and Shine" Tea Sunday afternoon in the Colony Room. Sunday Tea is the most popular EUFMC Spouse event and the door prizes are always the highlight. There is no need to RSVP and casual dress is fine. We begin at 3 PM in the Colony Room. A small putting game and Arnold Palmers will be available.
Monday, June 5
10:00 AM - 3:30 PM "Shop Till You Drop"
Shopping anyone? Meet the shuttle in the front drive of the Williamsburg Lodge beginning at 10:30 AM to go to Williamsburg Premium Outlets and The Antique Mall. The outlets have a wide range of stores including Brighton Collectibles, Coach, J. Crew, Brooks Brothers, The North Face, and Nike. Each shuttle also stops at the Williamsburg Antique Mall. The shuttle will depart from the Lodge on the hour. The last shuttle will depart the outlets at 3:30 PM to return to the Lodge.
Tuesday, June 6
9:30 AM - “Moss Art Plaque” Crafting
Join us for a creative morning at the Lodge to craft a unique table or wall plaque using a variety of natural items such as moss, dried flowers, stones, etc. We’ll provided padded envelopes to assist with getting this home in your suitcase, but should you wish to donate your treasure our local Hospice House will be the recipient of these one-of-a-kind pieces.
We’ll enjoy a special beverage during the crafting and lunch will follow at the Colonial Williamsburg Green Course Clubhouse. We should return to the Lodge about 2:00pm.

Wednesday, June 7
6:00 AM Guided Run and Guided Walk for EUFMC Attendees and Spouses
Meet at the Williamsburg Lodge Conference Center Arrival Hall for a pre-run stretch at 5:45 AM. Guides will lead walking and running groups through the Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area beginning at 6 AM. All running levels welcome. Fitness staff will lead and follow the last runner. Finish times vary but participants will return to the Lodge by 7:30 AM. T-shirts guaranteed for pre-registrants and as available that morning.

10:00 AM Yoga Class for EUFMC Spouses
An all-levels yoga class at the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg located across the street from the Williamsburg Lodge. Space is limited so pre-registration is preferred. May be held outside if weather permits so bring along your sunglasses!
Wednesday, June 7
1:30 PM Afternoon Spa and Service for EUFMC Spouses
Self-Care Afternoon! Join us for a 30 minute guided meditation at the Lodge followed by a spa service. An optional service project will be offered concurrently during the spa sessions. Blankets will be assembled for the local animal shelter and cards will be provided to write notes for the local veterans hospital. Refreshments will be offered and advance registration is preferred.
