EUFMC OPENS FLEET REGISTRATION

Fleet registration for the 70th anniversary EUFMC is opening early this year. Fleet professionals are now receiving registration information by email, including options to prepay for hotel rooms or make a reservation with a deposit.

With attendance rising nearly 10% annually, EUFMC continues to be a favorite among fleets from across North America. In 2022, 157 fleet representatives from companies operating utility equipment, including 70 first-time attendees, were at the event.

EUFMC TO FOCUS ON SOLUTIONS TO FLEET MANAGEMENT CHALLENGES

With a focus on finding solutions to fleet management challenges, a range of topics are being planned for the 2023 EUFMC educational program -- Driving Safety, Sustainability & Technical Expertise. Featuring presentations by fleet executives, manufacturers and industry experts, the EUFMC General Session will include sessions on preparing for the transition to ZEVs and building charging infrastructures. Other current and traditional subjects on the educational agenda will include best practices for Safety and Compliance, Fleet Management, Fleet Maintenance, and new technologies.

EUFMC CONTINUES TO EXPAND ITS MEMBERSHIP

EUFMC, continuing to extend membership to all types of companies that operate utility equipment, is now inviting fleet managers from electric utilities, electrical contractors, utility co-ops, tree care operations, municipalities, and beginning this coming year, telecom fleets.

Also at the annual conference are representatives from manufacturers and providers of vehicles, equipment, products and services for utility fleet operations.

EUFMC MARKS 70TH ANNIVERSARY

“In 2023, on the 70th anniversary of the first conference, we will be providing the same unparalleled level of educational value and networking that have been traditions of EUFMC since it was founded,” said EUFMC President Dave Meisel, sr. vice president – fleet at Quanta Services, Inc. “There is no better way to celebrate EUFMC’s 70 years of success than by continuing to serve as the industry’s leading forum for fleet professionals and suppliers.”

Our History provides a look back at the conference’s seven decade tradition of serving utility fleets.
